Awards Show 2017

We were SO READY for school to get out this year!! Rhett finished 6th grade which means he is moving onto the Jr. High for next year! Yikes! And that means Laiklie is my last one at the elementary all by herself this next year! So sad that they are all growing up on me!

Ucon Elementary Talent Show

Laiklie and her duet partner, Ellie, did their "Swing" duet for the elementary talent show.  They made it into the final show where they got to perform for the entire elementary.  They are so fun to watch! Great little cloggers!

Memorial Day Fishing

This year we took the kids to the family picnic in Swan Valley, (no pictures, I just took videos this year unfortunately!) and then to the ranch that night to do some fishing.  Oakley was on a date and didn't go with us, but we had fun without her!

 Dallin was the lucky one this time! He caught the one and only big guy that we caught! Fishing at the ranch is one of our all time favorite things to do together! Love it!

Cow Day

When it's time to work cows everybody has a job! I love working alongside Ryan and our kids! We make a great team and work hard to get things accomplished.  This is such a great life being able to teach our kids the value of hard work! 

 Rhett and Laiklie had the job of getting the gates anytime we needed them switched.  I loved watching Laiklie that day.  After every calf we would brand I'd hear her sweet voice say, "Come on little baby, Go find your mama!" 

  Dallin's job was to keep the chute full of calves.  He had to be quick on his feet to not get kicked!

 

 Ryan, Dale and Nick did the branding. Chase also helped Dallin keep the chute full.  Oakley kept the shots full and I did the fly tags. 

Go West

Laiklie got to be in the 4th grade play Go West this spring.  She did a great job and was so fun to watch.

Water Crew

This summer Laiklie, Rhett, Dallin and I were Ryan's water changing crew some days.  There were several days that the boys weren't around and it was just Laikile and I. We make a pretty good team. 

This is what it looks like when you really are allergic to moving pipe. Hahaha! Ryan says everybody that moves pipe in shorts is allergic! Guess I learned my lesson! Maybe. ;)

Laiklie's Spring Piano Recital 2017

Laiklie doesn't love piano, but she sure is good at it! I love listening to her play and see her develop this talent!

 She looks thrilled, doesn't she. HAHAHAHA!! :)

She got to do a duet with her piano teacher, Megan. Super Fun!
