Our New Deck...FINALLY!

For the most part we had a mild winter in 2018 which allowed us to get our deck built in February.  We had a few warm days to pour concrete footings and a few days that Ryan was able to get some extra help. It worked out perfect and after 1.5 years of living here we FINALLY had a deck! We absolutely LOVE the extra space it has added to our home and WE USE IT! 

Honor Society

On January 22nd Rhett received his National Junior Honor Society Award.  So proud of him and all his hard work to keep up on his school studies and grades.  He is a great kid! 

Rhett Got Braces :)

January 18, 2018, Rhett got braces! Yay! He's going to look amazing when he's finished with them. Let's hope its a speedy process! 

Table Make-over

I've been wanting a new table for awhile. I finally settled for painting the old one...........and I HATED it when I was finished. I found an idea online and convinced Ryan to try it. It turned out better than I had hoped! We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! I get compliments/comments on it ALL. THE. TIME. I love Ryan for making it for me!

Dare Graduation

In 5th Grade the kids are able to participate in the DARE program. This was Laiklie's year to participate. She loved the program and graduated with all her little besties! 

Jackson Hole

In January over Christmas break we took the kids to see the elk in Jackson Hole, WY. The winter had been a mild one so there were very few elk to actually see and instead of a sleigh ride we took a wagon ride out to see them.  We had a fun day together.

We also drove over to where we could see the big horn sheep. So cool! They came right up to our car and started licking the salt off the tires.  Such a neat thing to see them up close.
