Camille

My niece Camille had to have some oral surgery...a gum graft....done this summer and since she's here at college and her mom has moved to Michigan she needed someone to take care of her for a few days. I volunteered and we seriously had the best time together. It was SO FUN getting to know her better. We laughed and cried and had some great heart-to-heart talks. It made my house feel not quite so empty with Oakley being gone.  We even snuck in a drive to the ranch and a few cutie patootie pictures of her! Those dimples though! 😍

Elder Shumway

My nephew Kaden got home from his mission in July and had his homecoming on July 29th. We were able to stop on our way home from our Hawkins Weekend in UT. It worked out great! It was so good to see him and hear his testimony. I'm so proud of him for choosing to serve and setting such a great example to my boys!

Before and After pictures of these two! I love seeing the growth over the 2 years! Dallin's growth is the obvious kind....Kaden's growth is the kind that happens on the inside. They kind that changes him from a boy into a man. An incredible follower of Christ. Love it! 

Shania Twain Concert

During the summer of 2017 Shania Twain tickets went on sale and so Linn bought some for us girls an entire year before the concert. Hahaha! It was such a good show and so fun to go together! We had a great night. We stayed at a hotel across the street so Rhett and Laiklie just hung out in the room while I was at the concert. It's so nice to have big kids who can take care of themselves! 

Hogle Zoo

Hogle Zoo was great! We walked till our legs hurt and everyone was grumpy and hungry! :) We watched a bird show and we watched the elephants break up some gigantic ice blocks. Kind of fun! Rhett of course took his camera and got some great pictures. I, on the other hand, didn't take very many. Wish I had a few more of the day. 

Lagoon

Linn bought Shania Twain concert tickets for all the mom's and so we decided to make a weekend of it by taking the kids to Lagoon and Hogle Zoo. It is always fun to be together! Time with cousins is the best!

Ember wanted to ride one of the "big kid rides" and since she was finally tall enough we took her on a few. We climbed on the dragon and she says, "Hold my had naddy!" Too cute! How can you say no to that? 💓

Day Camp

Laiklie's last year of Activity Day's Day Camp was a success! It was the wet and wild days and the girls had a great time. She is SO READY to move up to Young Womens though! She reminds me all the time!
