Last Science Fair EVER!!!

Hallelujah! We made it through all 15 million years of the science fair! This is one of my very least favorite requirements at the elementary. I tell my kids every year we are NOT in it to win it! We are just doing it for a grade! Laiklie did a project we called Perfecting Pennies where she used different chemicals to clean pennies. Pennies are absolutely disgusting! Seriously! It turned out good and she even took a 3rd place! Wahoo! Soooooo glad to be finished with that!

Not very often do my kids get sick and want to cuddle with their mom, or take naps, but on conference weekend Laiklie got the stomach flu and a fever and snuggled in most of Sunday while I watched conference. Luckily it only lasted 2 days. 

Kaden & Abbey, April 5, 2019

For how stressful it was for me as the mom, Rhett did a great job as Kaden and Abbey's wedding photographer. It was no little task getting 8 bridesmaids, 8 groomsmen, 6 nephews, all grandparents, and bride/groom looking at the camera at the right time and all smiling....especially with the crazy cold and wind! I think the pictures turned out great!

 

 This one with the nephews was my very favorite. The little one on the left covering the babies eyes while they kissed. Seriously SO CUTE! 💓

Wedding Models

On April 4, 2019 my nephew Kaden got married and he and his fiance Abbey asked Rhett to be their photographer. So on April 3rd as soon as the kids were finished with school, Rhett, Oakley, my neice Camille and I jumped in the car and headed to Logan. We wanted to see the temple in the day light so we could figure out the best places for pictures for the next morning. So these two crazies were our wedding photo shoot models. Hahaha! Too cute!

Sunday Afternoon Wrestling Match

What started as a Sunday afternoon wrestling match between brothers ended with the dad taking them both down! hahaha! These boys (all 3 of them!) wear me out! :)

Make Shift Hot Tub

Rhett and Laiklie learned that if you hook the hose up in the garage you can get hot water outside. They turned this sled into a make shift hot tub one afternoon. Knotheads! ;) Summer can not get here fast enough!
