Bin season is in full swing. It has felt a little different this year with Ryan and I being in the middle of purchasing the company. I am so proud of Rhett and Laiklie for the long, long, hard hours they put in. Building bins is definitely not an easy job! Rhett stepped up this year and took on the role of helping run the crew, while Ryan was trying to run the business from his phone on the bin sites. We definitely couldn't have done the summer without him! There was a lot of delays on the metal and we ended up building all the way into September. It was a long, exhausting summer! Laiklie was our main welder again. It's so fun to watch her learn and grow from the opportunity to work with her dad.
