Our little neighbor Luella asked Dallin a few years ago if each fall after she left for Arizona if he would come rake the leaves when they fell off the trees. Most years we don't get it finished before the snow hits. This year we had amazing weather late into November though and so I decided I would go get started while the kids were in school. I ended up raking ALL THE LEAVES BY MYSELF!!! It was HARD and I was SO SORE!
I did make all 4 kids come help me load them into the dump truck. There were enough leaves to seriously FILL the dump truck! It was insane!! We worked our guts out (and obviously played a little) and we finished just as the sun was setting. So glad to have this finished for another year!
