Ryan decided this fall he wanted to lose some weight and so he started the Medifast diet with the help of his Uncle Eric. He was able to lose THIRTY POUNDS in just one month!!

These are the pictures taken at the 20 lb mark. He lost 10 more after these were taken and looks great! He couldn't hardly stand the way the medifast food made him feel so he has been able to go off of their food and count calories and has been able to keep the weight off....even losing a few more pounds on his own. I'm so proud of him. This is not an easy thing!!!
