Butcher Time

The time FINALLY CAME to butcher these big fatties! I DIDN'T like taking care of them, I DIDN'T like the way they smelled.  They DID scare me a littlen (or maybe a lot), not gonna lie! But when I went to take pictures the day before we butchered them in July I felt a little sad for the poor dumb pigs that they had no idea what was about to happen. I must say though....they are so much easier to care for in my freezer and stomach then in the pen.  I am grateful for the meat! Dallin was home when the butcher came and was fascinated by the whole process.  He talked about it for days.
